Bradlee Beaty

As a Tennessee Rule 31 Listed Mediator, I bring over three decades of legal, business, and real estate expertise to help parties navigate their most challenging disputes.

My background is unique. I was a founder of a litigation firm that handled multi-million dollar cases in both state and federal court. I have negotiated major commercial real estate development deals, represented Fortune 500 companies, and taught corporate finance and risk management at the university level. This diverse experience allows me to understand both the legal complexities and the business realities underlying disputes.

Perhaps most importantly, I have learned to listen.

I believe mediation is most effective when the mediator truly understands what's at stake—not just legally, but financially, operationally, and personally. My goal is to help parties find creative, practical solutions that preserve relationships while achieving meaningful outcomes.

Whether you're facing a construction dispute, a complex commercial contract conflict, a real estate development challenge or an accident claim, I can help you navigate toward resolution with clarity, creativity, and respect for all parties involved.
